SUNLIGHT, EARTH AND NATURAL RHYTHMS
Your surroundings
are part of caring for yourself.
Natural daylight and sun
Daytime light provides cues that help organize the sleep–wake cycle. Make room for outdoor walks and breaks while protecting your skin with shade, clothing and sunscreen. You do not need to look at the sun or seek unprotected exposure.
Grounding and contact with the earth
If you enjoy it, barefoot contact with a clean, safe natural surface can be part of an intentional pause. It is optional: specific health benefits are still being studied, and we do not promise effects on cortisol, inflammation or disease.
Rhythms, pauses and surroundings
Notice how light, meal timing, rest and everyday stress fit your day. We look for habits that work with your life: more opportunities to move, unwind and enjoy nature.
